Anyway, I was reading a Famous Blogger's entry about her feature on shopping in DFS. Boy, i do envy her. While I got to agree that sales staff at DFS are usually firendly and nice, but since when do we see such fantastic service? Personal shopper? What personal shopper? We are our own personal shopper.... Remember, self-service is the key word.Oh, of course, service can always be elevated to more sophiscated heights if you are freaking rich or famous. But I assume 70% of us are neither, so we must continue to be judged by the clothes we wear, or the accessories we decorate ourselves with, in high-end boutiques. Remember the last time you paid with cash? I bet you had since have a lasting impression that anything less than plastic deserves a frown... Hand over a platinum card, and you may see a forced smile on the receiver's face.That's the rule of the game. Thats how the world spin. Oh boy, I really do wish I am $RICH$ enough to have a personal shopper... ><
