Lacking pictures in my blog lately again... Been sooooooo.... LAZY!!!! *as usual*
But I did TRY!!!!
Went Daiso with BESTIE last week, wanted to take pics with her, but once the shopping started, I forgotten clean about it. =(
Had sushi at esplanade over the weekend, planned to take pics too, but the moment food was served.... Sigh. I am such a GREEDYASS!!!
We had an early reunion dinner at home yesterday... Thought I'll show you how well my mom cooks (when she does cook...). I even placed the camera strategically near the kitchen so I would remember, but ALAS....... Sigh. Wiped the dishes clean, and the word "camera" didnt even crossed my mind. =(
Oh well, Chinese New Year is coming.... So I guess I shall take pictures then!!! Will take more pics of my handsome little cousins for you to drool over, OK?
By the way... I'm supposed to do SPRING-CLEANING for my room TODAY. Mom would not tolerate more procastinating from me (~_~lll
My room is so MESSY, I don't even know where to start!!! I think I will probably just chuck everything into my cabinets! =P Out of sight, out of mind!!! Hehe. But then, my cabinets are really bursting, I don't think they can hold the tons of I-don't-know-what-are-those-RUBBISH all over my room =( Gee.. Maybe I shall try under the bed instead?? But the last time I checked, it's stocked up full with my bags too... O_O
I can't wait for my sister to get married!!!! I need another room!!!! I NEED a walk-in-wardrobe!!!! Dad, Santa Claus, Saints, Lords above, whoever, please grant me one!!!!!!!!! I'll be GOOD for this year, next year and the year after, I promise!!
Anyway, I've totally lost the enthusiasim of getting new clothes or even undergarments just for the Chinese New Year, since ages ago. I can't even remember when was the last time I did go through the trouble for them. Going through the mad rush of squeezing with millions of people to buy last-minute CNY apparels, is really worse than Christmas shopping.
Besides, I absolutely hate compromising my money to buy clothes for the sake of buying! Nice designs of clothes my sizes are always sold out pretty fast around this time of the year, so I'll usually end up with buying clothes that I don't even like, and you know what happens to them after the celebration is over...
Of course, I could have chosen to do my shopping early... Then watch my nice new clothes get mouldy, from the long long wait to CNY!!! I CAN'T!!!! It would have been an absolute torture!!! Waiting has never been my forte. As a kid, my parents would never "promise" to bring me anywhere. They learnt their lesson from me waking them up every hour in the middle of the night, to ask "Is it time yet? Are we going yet?". Still a kid-at-heart today, I would bug my parents every 5 minutes if they had say that they would buy me food / cook me food / bring me out for dinner / get out of the toilet. They get so frustrated with it everytime. =P
Ok, that was alot of side tracking......
Anyway, this year I managed to dig up some new stuff from my wardrobe :O) Gonna wear this I think.
Mum said it was FINE. But now, she complains that its alot of black. Really? You think so too? But my top is GREY mah.... and I'm matching it with shorts, not pants, so I have got alot more yellow in my skin to balance off the black. It would have been a lot more of black if I had match it with pants instead =(
